Returns and refunds

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To begin, email globalwrapsolutionz@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. Please wait for return instructions and the designated return address before sending anything back. Do not return items to a supplier or the address on the package without our instructions.

Return eligibility

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and included accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Opened or used personal-care, cosmetic, hygiene, and intimate-contact items cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not exclude remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items or any rights required by law.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, you pay the actual return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos where possible. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover necessary return shipping; you will not be charged for correcting our error.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval. If a return is not required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will confirm this by email and process the approved refund within 10 business days.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us for exchange instructions; availability is not guaranteed. Request an order cancellation as soon as possible. If the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, it may need to be handled under this return policy. Orders that we cannot fulfill will be refunded.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. If a longer return or withdrawal period or another remedy is required by law, those rights apply.
